The Board of Trustees brings with it diverse experience and skills including business development, non-profit management, human rights advocacy, fundraising, and the implementation of large-scale development programs. Trustees meet quarterly in-person with interim communication by phone/email.

She works with Corporate Counseling Agencies 1 to 1 Help, Bangalore and Human Dynamic India Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai. She also sees clients privately at Dasya Counseling and Holistic Centre, Porvorim. She spends time with the IDU North Goa project on issues of personnel and other project related matters. She along with the Executive Committee Members constantly monitor the working of Positive People.

Raj Vaidya is a practicing community pharmacist for nearly 25 years and a partner and chief pharmacist at the Hindu Pharmacy in Panjim. He has held a number of professional positions at various levels while also being actively involved in various health education activities and campaigns. He is associated with a number of social, child, and health NGO's. While being an active board member of the Pharmacy Associations in Goa and India for nearly 20 years, he also writes for newspapers.
